You'll never know the actual truth until they confess. You're going to have to come to terms with it or go ahead do the same so you're even.

If you have overwhelming evidence, you don't need her to admit it, do you?

What do you want from that, why do you want her to admit it? Can't you just go ahead and do whatever you need to do, given the overwhelming evidence?

Like others said, what are you looking to get out of her confession? If this is a red line she crossed and you're done her admitting it won't change anything if you have the evidence. If you're hurt but want to move past it then I'd let a marriage counselor get it out of her, if she will also work on this. If you're excited by it and maybe have a cuck or some other type of relationship you probably will have to let her know you're desires and even then she may not fess up; it could be a shock that you'd like it or maybe view it as a trap. Just my ramblings.
