OK what is it about two women making love that is so arousing? My wife has asked me this time and again and I can't give her a good answer. Being totally straight, seeing two women really doesn't do anything for her, but I find it to be extremely erotic. So why?

My suspicion is that this phenomenon is rooted in two aspects of male sexuality. First off, we can fully understand how someone would be attracted to a woman because that's how most of us are wired to respond. Second, we are visual creatures for the most part and watching two women together would be very fulfilling to our need for visual stimulation.

I gotta agree with the POV that it's twofold: Straight men love looking at women, more than one attractive woman is even better, and watching them -together- means hawt action, without any guy-bits getting in the way.

(What I can't figure out is why straight -women- are often turned on by it. Not saying I'm not, but I can't figure it out either! )

I disagree with this. I mean, for me personally I'm not putting myself in the frame. I think it's just the raw sensuality and sexuality of the encounter, something that putting a man in the middle of would ruin. Even if that man was me.
