The issue of aging is you know what you used to do with no issue, and now you know smarter ways to do it with out causing your future self the pain. The issue its usually 20-30 years to late.

How old? Because I...I won't say my age, but I will give enough info for it to be calculated - high school? Class of '83. And I am...slight of frame and petite at 5'8" and 125 lb. But I also have not eaten anything I did not cook myself in over a decade. I have zero pain issues (though I CAUSE many pain issues) and I owe it all to good diet, exercise and...meth!
