Especially the younger ones. I only reckon they're younger by their total lack of logical thought and their inability to write a short sentence without making it totally incomprehensible.

They come up with shit like "yea and i think that now wot i mean the war is fucking great killing all them people BLAST THE CUNTs i say and if that don't work bring our troops back from europe like the motherfuckers don't deserve saving their sorry arses again like we did in WWii that'll teach Bin laden who the good guys are".

Are these characters for real?

I can't believe it. Especially when the say they're studying at college. Studying what?

The "Art of Being a Neanderthal"?

I would say something, but I'm likely to offend somebody.

I remember an old joke, sadly not far from the truth:

The definition of Political Correctness is when you "Good Morning" gets the response "That offends me."

We obviously don’t possess your immense intelligence, infinite wisdom and the common sense you get with old age.

Why 'young' people around p_p_man are stupid.

Pupils allowed to smoke at school

Nicotine-addicted pupils at a secondary school are being allowed to smoke as part of an experiment aimed at helping them kick the habit.

Fifteen-year-olds at Christleton High School, on the outskirts of Chester, are being allowed a twice-daily "ciggie break" under the strict supervision of teachers.

The scheme has been introduced by the headteacher Geoff Lawson, who is due to retire in the summer, in a bid to wean the school's hardened smokers off cigarettes.

It is understood that Mr Lawson, 57, decided to tackle the problem head-on after a teacher was verbally abused when she caught pupils smoking in the toilets.

About 36 pupils at Christleton High, which is among the top ten state secondary schools in Cheshire, registered when the scheme was started.

The authorised "ciggie breaks" will be cut to one after two weeks with a total ban on smoking reintroduced after the half-term break.

It is reported that 11 of the pupils involved in the scheme have already given up smoking while those still taking part are being given support and advice including leaflets..

The school, which has 1,240 pupils and was described as "very effective" in a 2000 Ofsted report, has in the past used more conventional methods to deter smoking.

Short-term thing

Mr Lawson, described as one of the most experienced headteachers in the county, said only 15-year-old pupils had signed up to the controversial scheme.

"I am aware that 15-year-olds are not supposed to be in possession of tobacco but sometimes the end justifies the means," he told a newspaper.

A spokesman for Cheshire Education Authority said: "Obviously we don't condone smoking in school.

" However this scheme seems to be a humane and structured response to a problem that refuses to go away.

"In addition, this is an experiment. It is a short-term thing and we will be monitoring the results with interest."

come on, i'm trying to be diplomatic :)

actually, this reminds me of a little story. now that i'm off at college i don't speak to my family much. my father recently tried to talk to me on IMs (using my little sister's screenname  ). my dad is a very intelligent and educated man. he has a j.d. and is capable of writing very impressive briefs/letters/whatnot. however, on IMs he apparently becomes about as intelligible as a crackhead, typing things such as "wut r u doing 2morrow" and other atrocities. i have no idea why AOL Instant Messenger has such a debilitating effect on him. it's rather disturbing.

and that had nothing to do with anything, but i felt like sharing :)

LOL My father is the same, highly educated, a surgeon but on MSN it's a mess! I think he thinks it's 'cool'.

Blood loss to the brain.

P P... It's simple biology. Posters come here and read erotic posts first. After browsing posts and pictures, intense arousal produces a marked increase in blood flow to the genital region. Accompanied by the normal practice of sitting upright in poorly designed chairs for hours on end while actively engaging in manual or digital stimulation, this condition results in marked decrease in oxygenated blood flow to the subject's brain.

Particularly reflecting U.S. cultural practices, subjects tend to read political, religious, or non-sexual technical posts only after all available salacious material has been repeatedly exhausted.

It's a simple case of reversible brain death.

I'm forming a committee...

to seek foundation funding for an online telethon to address this condition that affects untold millions of adults. Picture them... alone... lit only by the flicker of a 15" monitor... scrolling Amateur Pics here at Lit... wearing yesterday's underwear... sort of...

Won't you help us reach out to Laurel's kids? We CAN make a difference together.

People, people

It's not the size of your screen that matters, it's what you download onto it!

Monitor envy can be a very debilitating thing.
