Who has the best avatar?

I was prompted to ask after I saw a couple of really yummy avatars. The best was JenJ's. Mmmmmm
A close second was UnusuallyConfused. I know it's a fairly mainststream looking pic, but something about it I likes.
So what are other people's favourites? Not necessarily sexiest, funny too.
