We are? I use lotion on my elbows and knees pretty regularly. Those are the parts the dry out on me. Otherwise, as needed. Where I live has very low humidity and sometimes my hands dry out badly, so I use it as needed.

Well, frankly, depending on what you are moisturizing, you might end up late for work...

I live on the great Lakes. In the winter it gets very dry and I moisturize lots, to the point where I have a tube of Aveeno everywhere.

Beard conditioning is very important.
