I think a well written story which reflects the [sadly all too prevalent] divisions between parts of our society and the [even sadder] reluctance of some people to accept “the other” with love and respect, would be excellent. I have neither the skill nor the background (as a white woman) to write this.I agree that interracial, the way you describe it, is objectionable.
That being said, I think it is possible to write an interracial story of quality. It could focus on the social/family/friends angle, and the barriers they face in their relationship. Or it could focus on the excitement of the taboo, especially where at least one of the characters comes from an isolated or sheltered (or prejudiced) background. Or something along those lines.
I've read some stories that attempted to express those concepts, and they generally fall short of saying anything interesting or meaningful. They do tend to fall back onto stereotypes.
But should the category even exist? I've seen that many people here think its very existence is a form of racism, and I can see the argument for that. But interracial is a kink, so I suppose it belongs here as long as it has writers and readers.
Do YOU think it's enough? Is this enough buildup and trigger:
One day I was walking down the hallway of my house, mourning my breakup with Trixie and the glum prospect of a sexless summer, when Mom exited the bathroom, having just taken her morning shower. Suddenly, the towel fell off her body. The splendor of her feminine, MILFy glory was revealed to me at last, leaving me dumbfounded and awestruck. Mom gasped and covered herself as best she could with her hands. She turned and ran back to her bedroom, revealing a perfect, smooth peach of an ass.
From that moment on, I knew I had to have her.
That pretty much covers the bases, doesn't it? In two paragraphs we've established the main character's need, the hole in his life and his motivation, Mom's hotness, the triggering event, and Son's reaction to it. It's just cat and mouse from there.
Do YOU think it's enough?
Pretty sure you're just trying to mock me, but I'll take it at face value. No, it's fucking not enough. What you wrote is the very definition of a trope.
As the first part of my post indicated, good execution can make an unoriginal idea work. I hope what you posted was meant to be parody, because it really doesn't work.
Ok, I get it. Sorry I over-reacted.Trying to be light-hearted, not mocking. Tone doesn't come though very well in online conversations. I'm playing around with the concepts rather than trying to offend. If you caught that what I wrote was a parody, then we can at least agree on that much.
As I said before, I think it's an amusing thread, because one person's eye roller is another person's turn on. We're all turned on by different things, and with regard to things we are turned on by we're probably a lot more receptive to getting to the good stuff via the shortest path.

De gustibus non disputandum estMeh, she is cute, although not really my type.![]()
She's been in other things. Riddick, for instance. Is it as I’ve never watch BSG?

It was programmed to always try to keep itself alive by scooping the hydraulic fluid back into its system… I think it has since died thoughIs it... dancing? That was strangely beautiful, and harrowing. Thank you!
Yow wow!
I hope for her sake she's wearing something with a decent sole. Those rocks look nasty to walk on.
I had the same thought and felt very old and sad.I hope for her sake she's wearing something with a decent sole. Those rocks look nasty to walk on.
These thoughts make me feel avuncular, and not in the I/T sense.I had the same thought and felt very old and sad.
At least it's a good word, if not a good feeling. These thoughts make me feel avuncular, and not in the I/T sense.
Bad boys tend to be bad news.Another trope I can’t stand- the sexualization of the bad boy jerk as some fascinating lover and the girls all ignoring his lasting issues based on that.
Sorry, I don't see a camel toe. Although the picture did raise some questions in my mind. The cameltoe reminds me of my ex
Your link is about inter-racial marriage. My reply was about incest.
I lived with two women for four years. Went on to have a steady relationship with one for many years after. We ended up breaking up and she ended up with a woman. Threesomes happen in real life. I wouldn't recommend it and it's not like porn movies either. Because I experienced "real life" sex with two women I find 90 percent of all lesbian porn just laughable. Just saying there are women out there who want both but it's just not like a porn movie.I've never had a threesome, but I've spent a good part of my life surrounded by women. There's only one way this scenario ends, realistically: with the two women gossiping and giggling about the man as if he isn't there. And not in a sexy way, either.
Because the rest of the porn is so authenticI find 90 percent of all lesbian porn just laughable.
As a former pizza-delivery guy, I can attest: it's all true*.Because the rest of the porn is so authentic![]()
