What is "diversity training" anyway?

Diversity is any two or more people in the same general location. They may all be of the same race, creed, and national origin, or not, but that is diversity. No two individuals are the same in looks, temperament, desires, skills, thought, or by any other measurement you can come up with. Measuring diversity by some tribal trait is just so much bull shit.

Inclusion? Inclusion in what? Is this some compelled violation of the right of free association? Quite frankly we've already seen what that leads to with the 'inclusion' of biological men in women's sports. That isn't inclusion, it's mental illness.

Equity? I'm still waiting to hear exactly what that is. Equality of outcome in total violation of the notion of 'diversity?' If that is the case it will never happen...............ever.

I have worked with beneficiaries of affirmative action. They couldn't do their jobs, they did not try, and they did not care. They knew it did not matter, because they could not be fired. They had not been hired to do any work. They had been hired to keep the company from being sued.
