My daughter wants everything she sees with Barbie on it. Right now tho, her main "please can I have" thing is the Barbie Musical Unicorn. My son is easy. Cars, a train and Legos.

Well there was so much I wanted before the 9/11/01 thing now I want a nice week vacation in some resort with a spa.

I am really not into the list thing, I usually just have stuff that I have been shooping for to buy myself. My family tells me I am terrible to shop for because I dont give them enough ideas and am notoriously picky.

I like Thanksgiving better than X-mas myself.

Fly, I have at least 40 lbs of legos in my house, I play with them all the time and use my sister as an excuse for having them. There's no way I'd give them to you, but I am willing to share.

And I have a Christmas list full with tons of CDs and movies I've been wanting for a while but never got around to buying.

This will be my 9th christmas away from mom and her asshole's, I mean boyfriends, booze and drugs

I have invited her everyyear since I was booted oout by him, but she won't come without him and I have put a 500 yard restraining order on him, because i don't want his verbal, mental, and physical abuse anymore.

She can't seem to let go of the loser/abuser/boozer, she can't seem to remeber the time when her and I lived on our own without having someone provide the way for us. she was a strong willed woman, it seems he has broken that will, that fight , that strength.

Legos

I had this childhood flashback thing this past Spring. I had about 6 shoeboxes filled with Legos as a kid, but I lost them all in a housefire.

So I went out and bought some and have since built and taken apart a bunch of things. I had trouble finding the good "space type" ones I loved as a kid. They are so fancy and specialized now I wonder if kids build random things as much.

Shopping for them was actually fun though, I decided to browse the whole damn toy store. I do not have any kids so I looked at all the stuff kids play with now. If I ever have kids they will be awah in Legos whether they like it or not
