Its the fashion of the moment in London, very short skirts or shorts with tights, some wear stockings and getting that flash of thigh can drive me crazy.
In Amsterdam lots of women ride bikes fully dressed up, dresses hitched up to allow them to peddle, again the odd flash of thigh is a real bonus as they cycle past.
