that it was sweetest day and i completely forgot. it doesn't matter, it's a hallmark holiday anyway. we had a fantastic day without knowing we were supposed to.

Spending all day in bed by yourself is awesome!

I can watch movies and cry/laugh without fear of waking someone.
I can master that jumping ninja move without landing on someone's foot.
I can read without being interrupted with groping.
I can do said activity naked knowing that I can stop to play with that new toy when I wish, and not any earlier.

I rarely learn anything new, but today I did. I learned that you have to leave roasts (meats) in the braising liquid after they cook or they'll dry out immediately. Sometimes when I braised meat it would be delicious and other times horrible. I thought it was me. Now the important thing is to remember this.

That Social Workers make so little money...( which I already knew)...But if they make so little money, then why go in to the field unless your passion is there?...You need to be there as a true advocate and have an immense heart and compassion for that position if you do...

After seeing what I have as of late, I am vowing here and now to Do Social work in my future...there has to be a voice of compassion there...

What I have endured and seen has pushed me in that direction...
