Bin Laden never considered that in six months a U.S. led world coalition would topple and replace the Taliban government, vastly cripple Al Queda's camps and finances, and begin an inexorable global movement against extreme fundamentalism and terrorism with the moderates in Iraq, North Korea, Iran putting pressure on the hardliners to foist change.

He didn't plan this. He's not in control.
