What are we all writing right now?

I’m still working on my story about the time traveler, but I’m stuck at around 70,000 words. My motivation’s a bit gone at the moment. :(
I do still write quite a lot, mostly blogs on a Dutch website for cancer patients, where I talk about my daily life with cancer.

But that’s not why I got stuck with my story. It’s more that I’ve written myself into a corner, and I’ve been juggling several ideas in my head to find a way back onto the right path without having to rewrite a large part of the story.

I'm finally getting my motivation back! For a while, I've been tinkering with a story about a young couple who can't get pregnant because of issues with the husband. Events conspire to reunite her with an older man whom she had a crush on ten years earlier. Well, you know how it ends. Can't give more details and ruin the story!

Currently working on the story of my recurring character Lisa’s first celebrity hookups. James Franco, Charlize Theron, and Drew Barrymore. At least one of these relationships will not last.

Have your characters gone off in their own direction? That happens to me more often than I'd care to admit. Sometimes you have to give them their head and see where it goes.

Another attempt to write an awful narrator: his female friend runs a matchmaking service and lets him tag along for the in-person meet-ups. He uses them to hook up with the women when they can't find the right match. His friend is aware, of course. Not sure where it's going, but I'm excited to be writing basic smut again.

We're excited you're writing smut again too!

Spent all of 45 minutes writing and submitting a very short (1,000) story this morning, as a break from my Unfinished Masterpiece, which I have yet to start.
