Webcams

I recently got a new webcam, and have been playing around with it a bit. There's one thing I still haven't figured out how to do, though. Does anyone know how I can take a still shot without having to click on the mouse at the moment it's taken? I'd like to play with full body pictures, but it's hard to do with a mouse in your hand. Is there some software I can download to do this, or some other method peole here have used? Am I better off asking in the amateur pics forum instead?

There should be a "self-timer" delay setting in your software.

You can also just use the cam to make a video and then open the vid in a animation editor like Animation Shop by Jasc, and just pull out the pics that you like.

The timer I have found, doesnt seem to work good for me.
