Weather radar sabotaged in tornado alley

Those pesky radar stations deciding what the weather should be. Alongside the windmills giving everyone cancer, de-worming paste treating Chinese viruses that didn't even kill people and hearing a story read by a drag queen turning good 'ole boys gay, it's a wonder how any self-respecting MAGAt can plan the next insurrection.

Good thing, God Willing, once America is freed we will have gobs of room in camps to try to reeducate them.

Stable genius believes weather radar controls weather, and admits to causing property damage. šŸ˜†

That guy is nearly as dumb as 86TintaNoitx2024!

they're not the only ones 'sabotaging' weather information:

trump officials axe page showing Congress-mandated 4-yearly weather/climate assessments

Five national climate assessments have been compiled since 2000 by researchers across a dozen US government agencies and outside scientists, providing a gold standard report to city and state officials, as well as the general public, of global heating and its impacts upon human health, agriculture, water supplies, air pollution and other aspects of American life.
But although the assessments are mandated to occur every four years under legislation passed by Congress in 1990, the Trump administration has axed the online portal holding the reports, which went dark last week. A contract to support this work has also been torn up and researchers who were working on the next report, due around 2027, have been dismissed.

A copy of the latest assessment, conducted in 2023, can be found deep on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s website. The Guardian is replicating the report here in full in a more visible way for the public to access.

The 2023 assessment, which is more than 1,800 pages long, warns that the ā€œeffects of human-caused climate change are already far-reaching and worsening across every region of the United Statesā€. It adds that ā€œwithout rapid and deep reductions in global greenhouse gas emissions from human activities, the risks of accelerating sea level rise, intensifying extreme weather and other harmful climate impacts will continue to grow.ā€

the people who worked on these assessments did it free of charge, a 'labor of love for the American people.' NASA says it is in the process of uploading all existing reports to its own site to ensure 'continuity' but it may take some time; given the contracts to support the work are now no-existent and the researchers dismissed, not quite sure how any 'continuity' will be maintained.

Windmill farms show up on doplar radar. :)

I keep saying this but ultimately the only solution is secession. Let the idiotcracy have their own moronic country and go fuck themselves.

It would be easier if the sane/MAGA split was geographically contiguous. Otherwise you have islands of sane people.

Quite true but eventually there would be a gradual movement of people from the islands of sanity to the country of sanity. Some of my family members are in the process of moving to Canada but this is too drastic a step for many.

A side effect of windmill farms is that those farms are mosquito-free because of all the wind generated, which blows them away. [Unlike space rocket farms, where the mosquitoes are burned away.]

Doppler radar doesn't detect the actual windmills as they are stationary; it detects the wind they generate. Hope this clarifies the matter. Think of it like the felon's explanation of our invisible airplanes that are not visible to the enemy as we fly next to them. ;):p

Have a nice day. :)

Windmills don't generate wind. They aren't fans. Lol. :)

a mealy-mouthed announcement by trump's EPA chief wasn't nearly as clear as the actual report his team produced debunking chemtrails

He failed to come right out and say it, waffling about transparency and leaving some true-believers that chemtrails were still 'a thing'. The website page, produced by his team, was far clearer... trouble is, those who already know already know, and those who don't likely won't even read it.

What Zeldin was announcing, however, was the EPA’s launch of online resources meant to debunk misconceptions about contrails. The new government web page on contrails explains, in part, that ā€œchemtrailsā€ is ā€œa term some people use to inaccurately claim that contrails resulting from routine air traffic are actually an intentional release of dangerous chemicals or biological agents at high altitudes for a variety of nefarious purposes, including population control, mind control, or attempts to geoengineer Earth or modify the weather.ā€
It also states: ā€œThe federal government is not aware of there ever being a contrail intentionally formed over the United States for the purpose of geoengineering or weather modification.ā€

A separate page about geoengineering notes, ā€œThe U.S. government is not engaged in any form of outdoor solar geoengineering testing,ā€ nor ā€œlarge-scale deploymentā€ of such technology.

Conspiracy loons are so funny. Imagine how dumb someone has to be to believe a chemtrail conspiracy.

But the Trump administration tiptoes around conspiracies because they know that lunatics form the foundation of Trump’s support.

true... and from the same article:
Greene - who was among the MAGA crowd incorrectly blaming those floods on weather-altering substances released into the atmosphere - did not seem to realize that Zeldin’s materials ran contrary to her own narrative. ā€œThank you Secretary Zeldin!ā€ she wrote on X (Zeldin is an administrator and does not hold a formal cabinet secretary position). The congresswoman then segued into another pitch for her bill, which she said would prohibit ā€œthe injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals or substances into the atmosphere for the express purpose of altering weather, temperature, climate, or sunlight intensity.ā€

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s health secretary and an avowed chemtrails conspiracy theorist, also responded to Zeldin as if the EPA chief had affirmed his views on the subject instead of discrediting them. ā€œI’m so proud of my friend Lee Zeldin and President Donald Trump for their commitment to finally shatter the Deep State Omerta regarding the diabolical mass poisoning of our people, our communities, our waterways and farms, and our purple mountains, majesty,ā€ Kennedy wrote on X. This was despite the EPA reports making it clear that contrails are not ā€œpoisoningā€ anybody.

Wow. Conspiracy loons MTG and RFK Junkie declared victory when their conspiracy was proven wrong?

I shouldn’t be surprised. Declaring victory in defeat is a very Trumpian move.
they heard what he said, didn't read the report. This was his posted announcement, deliberately muddy so as not to draw backlash from maga world loons:

ā€œAmericans have questions about geoengineering and contrails. They expect honesty and transparency from their government when seeking answers. For years, people who asked questions in good faith were dismissed, even vilified by the media and their own government. This ends today.ā€

They’re going to coddle & cajole the ignorant common MAGAts so they feel safe in the republican party.

The common MAGAts can’t handle the truth…

Beg to differ. I’ve got firsthand experience with windmills—plus I passed elementary science with flying colors. Every time I saw one spinning, I felt a breeze. Sometimes faint, but real. If that wasn’t from the spinning blades, then what was it? Ghost wind? Some invisible force of nature that defies all known science? That’s wild—and MAGA weird.

Now, I know this is where political logic kicks in.

The Left insists the wind turns the windmills. Pfft. That’s like saying the cart pushes the horse—damned stupid idea, those Leftists think they know science and politics as well. ;)

The Right, on the other hand, claims windmills cause tornadoes, kill whales, and drive folks mad with the sound. One even said they give whales cancer. You’d think those poor whales were hanging out under Texas turbines instead of swimming in the ocean. Those Righists, of course, are always right. Then some will be here to say they didn't say that, and if they did, they didn't mean it, and if they did, it was BIIIIIDEN!

Naturally, I’m sure someone will come blowing in any moment to take me to task and thoroughly 'mansplain' the whole process—for the benefit of all us yokels who clearly don’t know what we’re talking about. I’ll be listening intently, of course. Maybe I’ll even earn my A back… or at least an upgraded A-minus. šŸ˜‰ Thanks for keeping the grading curve light, professor.

It’s the same reverse-logic magic that says tariffs are paid by other countries and not the people buying the stuff. Windmills, tariffs, invisible jets—you name it. If it defies reason, someone’s proudly explaining it on cable news. And of course we will have our personal forum commentators, not to be confused with communists, fanning the flames.
