Wearing the Collar

The very night of His birthday on AUGUST 12TH,in Springdale,Arkansas my MASTER asked me a most important question..He asked me if I LOVED being His slave and if I "choose" to serve Him as His slave forever? ..
Needless to say my heart lept with joy and pride to be asked such a thing by Him,the man I adore,I love,I SUBMIT TO..
I answered Him with a most anxious,'Yes,My love..I do and He then placed my beautiful collar around my neck and kept going on about how beautiful I LOOKED IN IT..I am wearing that very same collar as I type this and I can tell you that the meaning is two-fold for me..
THE COLLAR Signifies ownership of me by my Master,I BELONG TO Him..it is by NO means a derogatory or hurtful thing at all but shows me an outward expression and reminder of who I submit to...
2ndly..The Collar could not make me feel any more beautiful than if it were made of diamonds,it has an ornate looking piece of 3 parts on the piece that Master says stand for Him,Me,and MY KIDS..You can imagine how that made me feel(I still weep about it because it was and IS a most beautiful gift by HIM ,to me..as he also considers my submission,His gift from me...My submission is and always will be Artful's ,I know and feel this with every fiber of my being..but getting "collared" by Him made me feel so darn good and so accepted I cant possibly put it into words ,yet i KNOW Master would not have given it unto me if He did not feel I was worthy of this great gift and I shall ever love Him all the more for it.. ~

Huggs to my new Sis and thanks so much for the welcome!! it's a pleasure to be where I have indeed strove to be for so very long but I just needed to wait for the proper time and the "right' man to guide me,Master Artful was indeed my Man and hopefully it will always be so as it is MY DREAM (LOL) to spend the rest of my life making HIM HAPPY ~

I haven't really interacted with Artful, or with you for that matter. I read your post and all I could think was that this seems to be the essence of BDSM being what it should and can be.

And what is that you might ask?

The coming together of two people, who have clearly discussed this, understand what it means for each of them, and for each other, full of love and caring, clearly mindful of the roles you have chosen, and full of respect. I have read many of Artful's posts about you and your relationship and have always been impressed with the clarity and strength of his vision.
