There is not a direct correlation between flaccid penis size and erect penis size unless we are talking about the very small (rare) number of males with an actual “micro-penis.” Some men who have larger flaccid penis do not grow that much when aroused, and some men with small flaccid penises grow rather astonishing erections.

Thanks for the comment. This is anecdotal, of course, but I once read an interview with a Pro Domme in which She said that a high percentage of Her male clients seeking “forced” feminization were taller than average. It's hard not to feel self conscious.
