Up and down......
"Down" ain't the problem; you can fly downhill (as long as you don't mind being on the edge of control and the occasional trip to the E.R.). It's not unlike skiing down a mogul hill. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they were doing 5:00 minute miles (or better) on the way down.
It's the "up" part that's fucking hell.
