I'd buy the tires. The dress won't fit right. I have no where to wear it to or anyone to wear it for. Dress won't do me much good if a tire blows and I wreck.

If I were President for a day...I'd promptly fire the current VP and everyone in the administration, then appoint a VP who has a brain and then resign.
