LOL. Soggy doesnt begin to describe it. been pouring for the last 2 days. I'd like some dry weather so I could do some yardwork.

Things are going well. Fighting bronchitis...which is the result of allergies. But on the mend. I started a new job so I wouldn't have to travel so much and lo and behold...3 days into it, they sent me to Wisconsin.

Madison is a beautiful city, but everything but the bars close at 6pm. Guess that is what you get with a college town. It's been awhile since I have had the luxury of being on lit. Feels good to be back.

What neck of the woods of VA are you in again? I am near DC. We really should schedule a get-together of the area. I think it would be great!

So a case of Murphy's law?? Tho, the bronchitis part seems to be a common theme.you are the 2nd in 2 wks that I know of.

College towns...they can be fun. (should I mention my mom always joked that you need to get them young and raise them right?? hehe)


I'm in sw va, near roanoke. There's a few on here (and the other va thread) from the hampton roads area, lately.

Several mentions have been made of gettogethers in various va locations (only like in the last wk). There's also the littogether in Charlotte thats coming up sometime next month. Kayte is helping to organize it, tho she won't be able to go due to exams. Also, SCblondtiger is trying to organize a littogether at the beach at some pnt.

Hope your new job doesn't give you too many more surprises (and surprise trips).

ok, let me copy and paste 1 line here, "nipples are always hard with the rings through them so I have seven". I'm picturing this here, and my only comment to the whole things is, "OMG!! YOU HAVE SEVEN NIPPLES!!!???!!?" Yes, I saw the both nipples and know you were counting all your limbs...but I HAD to be a bit silly now...hehe)

It tends that my schedule gets a bit hectic at times also. Between office, demos, grove, CEU'S, and teaching... so it is possible (most definite) that it would be lacking, as well, if I was to try and arrange it. So, you may get to Hawaii w/o a VA gettogether.

I was sent to Wisconsin on my b-day last year. It was for work and for a while I was all depressed because I was by myself in Madison on my b-day. It was my first business trip too. Then I went to down to the great bars along riverwalk, I met up with a cutie that was there with her friends, and was celebrating her her b-day which was the same day as mine. I was invited to stay and celebrate too. I bought a few drinks (per diem of course), and to this day my boss still gives me props for hooking up on my first business trip.

LIT TOGETHER

I'm all about a lit-together.

I'm in the DC area and so are others here, we should try it. There are plenty of places to meet and hang out.

GrandSlam sports pub comes to mind. It is in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt. Metro accessible, it's a fun place and has areas that are quiet enough to talk. It's classy, but also sporty. It's in a hotel, so if people hit it off...then by all means...

MV when do you go to Hawaii. Will you REALLY go if we plan it before June?

mtnbkr I was in Hawaii from the 31st of march through the 9th of April. Yep I would REALLY REALLY go if we can get something scheduled. I live in woodbridge so it's not like DC is far for me.

I'm all for this thing, even if it's not a full blowout like everyone has been trying to have, I think a weekend with like minded pervs might be fun.
