Sounds like you had some fun (hope you didn't bring back any of the lava rocks, Pele might not like it... according to legend anyway).

Come and chat often. Are you still writing stories?? How's the rugrats?

Yep I still have a lot of stories going. The wife is currently living in Hawaii until I can join her in July there. Rugrats are tan and loving it over there as well.

I'm doing wonderful, well rested and not nearly ready to go back to work though.

You are moving AGAIN!!! Didn't you just move from NC to NO VA about a yr ago?? Also, didn't realize I'd not spoken to you in so long, last time you were a stay at home dad, writing.

Never been, but have heard it's awsome there. A friend and her hubby went a few yrs back and brought me a genuine Lei (not the flower kind either) back. They got to meet a few of the Kahunas there for study, also. They really want to go back sometime.

I'll also be the 1st to admit, I'm jealous of you getting to move there. Still wish you much fun and happiness while you are there tho.

Yep, it has been a while. I got the genuine lei when I got there and really layed later hehe.

Thank you for the best wishes Angel. I didn't want to move at first but figured what the hell, it's Hawaii and the wife is getting paid to be there lol. So I job hunted a little while I was there but for a while it looks like I may have time to just write. I like being a kept man lol.

lol. Still got your humor. Somehow tho, I thought you did something w/ bartending...?? I'm getting old and may have you mixed up w/ another person, if so, I do apologize profusely.


Sometimes a change of scenary can be good....and hey, what better place to change to than Hawaii? After you get there and really get a feel for the area, I am sure you will not have a problem finding a job; tho, I do remember after your VA move that you rather enjoyed being a kept man then, too.

Hey I'm a jack of all trades and master of a few. LOL. I was bartending nights while living in NC. But when we came back to VA I went back to the job I had before while here. I work as a substitute teacher and also as a director in an elementary school before and after program.

It's fun and I'm a big kid. So I spend a lot of time playing games with them and just supervising.

I can't complain, I get paid to do what I love. Now if I could just get paid to write I'd be on cloud 9.

It's always good to get paid for something you love to do. Then getting to be a big kid is an extra bonus.

Keep writing and before you know it you will be getting paid for it. Just submit your work and listen to any feedback from publishers.
