So, Although I'm a newbie, I'm also rather socially brazen!
Anybody around central VA want to hang out, meet, coffee/tea kind of thing?
There's a very nice coffeehouse, called the mudhouse, in charlottesville, on the downtown mall...

YOu know, I heard a study today that said that even decaf causes high blood pressure in non-regular coffee drinkers?
I just felt like throwing that in!
I"m serious...one evening when I can get my sorry butt out of Southern Maryland, I want coffee.

I heard about it today on the radio news. CNN had the story.
They also had a story about folks on the Adkins Diet doing rather well, but I want to get a lot more info on that before I believe it, since it was the Adkins people who founded the study.
And you're on.
Now just let me know privately which way to head and I'll plan it out.

Not to sound "downish", but w/ the Adkins diet you need to be careful. Not to sound "downish", but w/ the Adkins diet you need to be careful. It's my year anniversary on lit and still no avatar, lol. I seem to be all thumg=bs unless I have something good to post. My little guy is doing fine now, he has red hair, I dyed it for Halloween(he was a leprachaun)lol. It suits him though, he was born with red hair. I am doing fine, as amorously inclined as ever, still seeking adventure, and a bit bald having done a round of chemo. Charlottsville, is a bit far away for me to make coffe too P4U. I am still game for something in Northern Va though. It is nice to catch up with everyone, I've missed reading you all.
