Vintage Lingerie?

I have always loved vintage lingerie, I suppose it stems from seeing mum and aunts etc wearing stockings, girdles and slips when I was growing up..... anybody else love the way they feel and fit....or even just to look . I like some modern items too, but vintage is always my fav . x

I always liked seamed stockings, but the older kind that have the raised seams in the back. I always liked the feel of nylons anyway, but to feel that seem is even better for me.

I also like the cuban heel of stockings as well. Its kind of a vintage look too I think, although you can still buy the style today.

My great-grandparents had a huge house with an attic full of stuff. The attic had a designated stairway and I would access it whenever I visited. They were in their 90s and didn't do stairs unless absolutely necessary so I knew they would not walk in on me going through old clothes. Yes, I put on dresses belonging to my great nonni. That’s wonderful. Slips and corsets always feel wonderful . Knowing it was her dresses and slips must have added to the occasion . I think we all know very early on if there is a little girl in us itching to be set free

Some of the items might've been my grandma's because there were little girl outfits too and those were snug. I spent hours up in that attic going through steamer trunks and trying stuff on. Lots of wool dresses and skirts. I had to wear slips and camisoles because of the itch factor. I wore nylons and instinctively knew I needed garters to keep them up. Her heels weren't all that high so walking was easy. I got aroused by all this, too so there was a sexual factor. I knew it was forbidden but that added to my fun

It was not until I was much older that I really appreciated her love of lingerie that she obviously bought and wore because she liked it and must have felt sexy in it herself. I dislike wearing pantyhose and so have embraced the 'retro' look in the lingerie I wear. Besides there is nothing quite as provocatively feminine as lifting your skirt and adjusting your garter straps in front of a man!

As a teenager I would occasionally find myself alone at home. My mom had some very nice lingerie but my grandmother who lived with us had some very nice vintage lingerie.
I found bras, open bottom girdles, stockings and I remember how wonderful it felt against my naked body. She had several white slips and they had side zippers. I really like Open Bottom Girdles, I love the look on both men and women. I think the thing is the wonderful easy access. I remember when I was young my aunt lived with us and I used to see her dressed in her OBG with her stockings attached. Those visions still make me hard.
