Question is why doesn't she want to use it?
Unless you can change her mind, you can get her drunk off her ass, or pull the big switch as she thinks you are about to enter here might be a losing battle.
Maybe if you talk to her, or let her visit cites like this she would realize that it is perfectly normal to use one and it can greatly aid you sex life.
