Variations on a theme

Me too. It’s been interesting. I normally wouldn’t have interest in photos that are not more “traditional” but it’s been kind of fun modifying the shit outta them.
I think there's a distinct difference between using a filter to try and mislead people by removing wrinkles or erasing blemishes, and by playing with filters and effects to totally change a pic and create a different work of art.

If you're enjoying exploring modifying the shit out of pictures, stop by 2.0 sometime and come and play...

I guess it’s like using an effect peddle for a guitar.

I have no idea what this is yet I love it. I’m on the fence between a cathedral and the front of a Rolls or Chrysler 😍
And then it’s like a goldfish or some crap 😅
I thought I saw a cup of coffee in the center, but it might have been wishful thinking on my part. 😂

Big shout outs this week to @barefootgirl69 for a rare (but really worthwhile) visit, to @lindi_85 for a few very different but interesting posts, and to @Wonderer67 for nailing the cat in front of the TV (not literally) after only just starting to play with filters.

Huge shout out to @MissRadiant for the two pics of her holding flowers. They were/are stunning!

But the winner this week (and it pains me to agree with @Cjbdd but this was worthy of being put up on a wall) was @lingus60 for this...

I'm jealous...

If you enjoyed playing with filters, you can absolutely continue unless the theme is 'not filtered') or join us over on 2.0
