You could do with some moisturiser...
First time for everything...'The one I couldn't send'

Beautiful, thank you so very much!Things that make me smile.
My job. Making the city prettier and healthier.
Thank you. I'm smiling again.Beautiful, thank you so very much!
And this week...
This week will be a little different on a few levels. The big one being I'll be on the West Coast this time next week, probably asleep as I'm old and adding 8 extra hours to my day means I'm unlikely to see midnight there![]()
Not far, comparatively...Are you coming to see me?!![]()
I’m honored to have won the shaker this week….i will guard it with my life!So that brings to an end my week of bratty tantrum throwing at the superior types who wrote off what we do as not artistic. Fuck em (with yours obviously, I don't want it getting on mine...)
Special mention to @summer_reine for just getting this theme. Pictures (bar one) were crap though
I've chosen my favourites this week purely based on whether I'd put the pic on my wall. Art is subjective. I'm sure you'll all disagree, and that's fine, because pictures should touch you on an emotional level, as well as a technical one.
Big shout outs this week to
@DannieB for her jellyfish
@orangecurious for both the leaves and the sun behind the dandelion
@lilmissdarling for her black and blue tattoo pic
@AngelicaS1780 for her tree at sunset
@lingus60 for his sunburst guitar
And @summer_reine for the pic she couldn't send
Runner up this week was @vagrantx for two stunning pics, but especially the jetty into the lake.
I'd put all of those pictures in a frame on my wall (although I may get some questions)
But this week's winner, finally making the step up, is @Cjbdd. Not for the Wizard of Oz-esque tornado pic, but for this one...
I loved the colour, and the life within the picture, and the sense of hope out of despair it gave me (and if you know me, that's something I struggle with)
Well done Scrabble Girl. Take care of my shaker...
