1996, McDonalds (I think) had a tie-in to the movie The Phantom, which, while not topping my "best of" list, I enjoyed. With a Happy Meal you got a Phantom Ring. It was a necessary buy, and I still wear it as a pinky ring on occasion.

What an instantly recognizable ring!! Knew the moment I saw it where it was from and it's been, what, 25 years since I watched that film...

So this photo was taken in a hotel bathroom in Washington DC. I accidentally grabbed and packed them, mistaking them for earrings

That was the night @deefalttwunnyfor returned to lit so we threw a party
