I have a very big head, (both literally and figuratively ) and struggle to find hats. This bucket hat is one of the very few that I've found that fits me comfortably and thus comes with me everywhere, rain or shine.

My crowning achievement in IT was closing a ticket when I worked in NOC (network operations). We had a VP who was convinced the network switch was his connection problem. The third time I investigated, I closed the ticket with :

"If he has connection issues, I feel bad for him, son. We've got 99 problems, but the switch ain't one."
