Found these little mini cones at work today. Had to treat them with kid gloves because two others just fell apart in my hand. Best I could do.

So right after I posted the above pic, I looked at a shelve that Mrs. Stromer keeps lots of cards, pics, etc. from the grandkids.
I don't really pay any attention to it, but I noticed one of her old African Violet pots with these items in it. When I asked her what it was all about, she told me that the last time two of the grandkids visited, the oldest one asked her what happened to the plant that was in the pot. When she told him that the plant died, he took the pot outside. Both of them came inside a short time later with everything you see in the pot and told her that "It's sad when something dies. We hope this makes you feel better."
The older one found the cone that had blown into the yard and they took the other figures from their toy bags in the car and presented them to Mrs. Stromer to make her feel better about her loosing her plant.
Had to take pic a with that story.
