After I posted that Hora sex scene... I thought of a few better and funnier way it could have gone. One, interupt Hora with Reeves "Captain on the bridge" request right when she orgasmed. (payback) She'd have messy hair and smell like she just had sex.
or
Two, Dark Fire annouces on the bridge so everyone can hear "Commander Reeves, Captain Hora is having sex now!" Super embarassing to both Captain Hora and Commander Reeves! LOL

Anyhow... I also looked up Reeve's exact order "Dark Fire, please inform me the next time the Captain is in the act of sex"

Now Dark Fire could conclude

Act of sex = sexual contact between individuals involving penetration, especially the insertion of a man's erect penis into a woman's vagina, typically culminating in orgasm and the ejaculation of semen.

Since that did not happen in Hora's sex simulation. Dark Fire can claim he complied with Reeves order. Also if pressed why he did not use the more general definition of "sex" ie masturbation, kissing, fondling, etc. Dark Fire can say "Captain Hora is in an almost continuous state of sexual arousal and she touches and kisses a lot of people... so dark fire choose the more restrictive definition of sex... so as not to over alert Commander Reeves

That's fine. I was going to go with Reeves had been awakened, but chose not to bring it up. Yet. But your explanation works as well.

As for everyone being on the bridge I read Xiana's post as being on the bridge. but Hora's post concludes that she isn't on the bridge. and Reading Xiana's post I can see both view points. However you choose to Sereneotter I'll go with.

She could have been on the way to the bridge? in her office/quarters? or on the bridge just not seen by either Reeves or Hora. She is unobtrusive that way.

All,
I don't think the governemnt star chart will be too expensive. However they will have very little detail to them. But Hora will buy them for the local area. With those charts then they can narrow down the request to a few planets from the blue, 4 eyed alien trader. That should lower the cost. Does that sound ok?
