The Taino were the original inhabitants of Jamaica. Most of them died of disease shortly after the arrival of Christopher Columbus. Since the European colonizers needed slaves to work the sugar plantations, they imported west Africans to take the place of the Taino. Kamala Harris’s father is a descendent of African slaves. She is African-American
 
There's only one Welsh phrase you need to be able to recognise. 'Twll dyn pob sais'. Basically, 'Arseholes to the English', or 'All the English are arseholes'.

The last word may vary (Sais rhymes with nice, means English as per the Scots 'Sassenach') but it's very commonly used as an insult to an impolite stranger.

Using this ancestral theory, we can examine the archeological FACT that the cradle of mankind is likely in Africa and that the original progenitors of modern man migrated outward from Africa into Europe and Asia. The descendants of whom eventually sailed across the seas to colonize the western continent.

Thus, in ninnygirl's version of ancestral reality, we are all African-Americans.
