Either Trump is one of the companions of Dr. Who or this is a gaffe that all alone goes beyond ANYTHING Biden has done.

He's also a meteorologist. Its true the weather isn't always currect because there are so many factors but they are not only pretty good all things considered hurricanes are a better safe than sorry scenario.
