I've written you before but you never responded. This is completely serious, I've got a practical solution for the stupid problem. I'm not a kook.

There should be a penalty or a tax instituted for the stupid, but the most effective method would be to cover the stupid in mayonnaise and trample them with a herd of cross-eyed zebras wearing football helmets. I'm sure you'll find my solution acceptable and sound.

I know there's a lot of stupid on stupid crime in the world but not enough to eliminate the stupid completely.

Also they should get.

Further more I hate clowns, claymation puppets and men named Oliver but that's a topic for another letter.

In conclusion stop the stupid from being stupid. This is not a joke.
