Honest opinion. Here's the question (sorry, short essay, no multiple choice);

p_p_man

I'd vote for his politics and his persistency. Not for his diplomacy.

I'll agree with you on his persistency and diplomacy. Two out of three ain't bad.:)

Ishmael

I think we all agree on persistency.

His political views (such as i've noticed) can take a running jump, but his diplomacy does have its moments

Losing ground with each post. Hmmmm...

Can't say as though I hadn't noticed that trend in p_p_...

He's a poor grasp of the nature of religion. I'll give him that.

He's a great talent for abuse as well.

I like him

As noted above, he is persistant. I tend to agree with his politics mostly, though we've had our disagreements as well. He writes well, is always "pro-vocative" in that he causes many people to respond to his threads. He's not afraid of being unique. And he's a damned handsome old sod.

IMHO

The man is a total star!

He can piss off more people with one post than Dubya can with one incursion!

I'll give you the total part of that...

He's damn hard to work with. A real prima donna. But at least he finally branched out on his own...

"If he didn't exist, you'd have to invent him"
( No idea who I'm quoting here so if anyone can help me with the source.....)

Love him or loathe him you can't but admire the furrow he ploughs, even though it's a rather lone one at times. Lit would be a fair few degrees more boring without pp and his "foes".

I did invent on p_p_. One of my practice names that took off on it's own...

i love pp man :D

i would say too i dont think anyone but the british posters get his sense of homour :)
