I would say that if it is a woman, it happened because she was late to pick up Johnny at his softball game, after coming back from a parent-teacher converence, while thinking about the brownies she has to make for Susie's class tonight.

I have seen this happen...it was a man! I only know this cause I sped up to see...a male friend in the car said it had to be a woman, as I sped up I was praying to myself "please be a man, please be a man"! Imagine my delight in seeing a man behind the wheel, totally oblivious to the fact that he was dragging the pump behind him.
