As a leader, who wants fucking sheep? They're easy. It's the thinker's, those who would question you - those are the ones you want beside you, in front of you and in line behind you.

The other's? They follow blindly and are not worthy of your time.

I agree with you that one would want a 'thinker' with them but I would not want an army of thinkers. I believe one needs some 'followers' because if you are leading wrong they will be your first indication. Plus, sometimes the 'followers' can become great thinkers with the right development wheras sometimes the 'thinkers' can be too bullheaded to learn.

Hmmmm, did I just fall into a trap by 'following' your lead here? Perhaps no one should respond to this thread. That's a thought!
