There's a good lesson to be learned from his work. NEVER, EVER put US troops under foreign command. The bastards (England) will ignore the directive and use them for the shit they want done but are too chicken to do with their own troops. Should you f'up and send troops out under foreign command; NEVER, EVER just forget about them and think that the bastards (still England) will follow your directive. Should you f'up some more and send troops out under foreign command and let the bastards (it's England in case you forgot) ignore the directive; NEVER, EVER forget that you put the troops under foreign command. Should you f'up and send troops out in foreign command and f'up some more by letting the bastards (England remember) and f'up even more by forgetting they are there; NEVER, EVER leave the troops out in the middle of a revolution (this would be the Bolshevik Revolution) forgotten about.

I mean, does he stand there like he's waiting for people to laugh?
And what was the punchline?

Actually, it's pretty amusing.

One of the things I love about America is the spontaneous brilliance and humor that undermine all pretension. No better example was that wonderful banner from our brave and ingenious soldiers in Iraq, blaring:busybody said:Hey PERGY
