You’d be hard pressed to find an act of gender based discrimination or gendered violence which is not illegal. Likewise, stealing a car is illegal. So is breaking into someone’s home, and also murder is illegal.
Feminists say that gender based discrimination and gendered violence is rampant in society - and they may well be right. But equally prevalent throughout society is the stealing of cars and home burglaries. And outright murder, for that matter. None of it has the blessings of the law. Nobody does these things in the open in front of the public eye. Gendered violence and sexism against women (unlike violence against men, mind you) has one major thing in common with murder, car thefts and home burglaries: the game is not to get caught.
So going by mainstream feminist reasoning, car thefts, murder and home burglaries are institutionalized.
Meanwhile there is no mainstream feminist outcry over the fact that the FBI has defined rape to EXCLUDE women forcing men into sex, and the courts routinely give women lighter sentences than men for the same crimes.
Of course I expect a ton of namecalling. Can't expect anything else since you have no counter argument against me. Feminism's number one premise- institutionalized misogyny - is dead on arrival. Unless the Republicans win. I suspect that you'll devote more energy to making sure that doesn't happen in 2016 than you do trying to be a fool and go up against me.
