Thread jacking means you post a thread and then someone (like me!) posts in it and pretty much takes it over.
So whereas this was once an ad looking for the real ladies of Lit, it's now just sort of a running gag.

Exactly. Here is the thing...the OPs comment about the men was stupid and childish (neither of which are on my list of hot and sexy attributes I like in my menfolk

Seriously it should be against the law to enter a mall from November 15th till some time in January! That place is a bloody zoo and appears to be filled with complete idiots.
