We just have endless fire alarms in our building because people burn their popcorn. Spooky is not the word to describe those people, but it sort of sounds like it.

When that shit hit here today, I was thinking I was a goner, because I woke up to the sirens and didn't figure out that that was what was going on until about two minutes into the sirens. The sky was pitch fucking black and it was only like 5pm. The trees were blowing vertical, and the rain was so heavy I couldn't see my neighbor's house.


It got so fucking bad and I was nervous enough, and then I thought I heard the shreeking of a tornado. Needless to say I was rushing to get all the pets to the basement, and my passed out husband off the couch, and he didn't even fucking budge until I was screaming at him. I'd have had to carry his sorry ass to the basement. Fucker.


Well, when it stopped, it seemed like it haulted and we were in the clear, but man. IT'S FUCKING NOVEMBER! JEEZE!

Be safe. I read from Vinny that 2 are dead from the hit on Ohio. Not good.

Our tornado sirens were running for like 5 to 6 minutes or so earlier today (@ 3:45 p.m. EST).

It was pretty dark and stormy for a while...but I was more pissed off because the weathermen on tv interrupted the Colts - Eagles game I was watching.
