Spenser41 said:Nothing more then what I have already said. When I talked to her on the phone a couple of days ago, it is going to be a very long and slow healing process. He will have to basically relearn everything, from talking, walking, just as if he was an infant. There are no more seziures at this time, but they will keep him in Dallas for a couple of months and then send him to Baylor's Children hospital for more treatments.
If I hear any more, I will post here. Just keep lifting them up. I am sure they will need it as it will be a long time in healing.

Spenser41 said:Got a request for you. A friend of mine who helped me go through my divorce and helped me afterwards, has meet a really great guy. However they just found out, that he has penial cancer and looks like they will have to amputee part or all of it. This has really hit them hard so please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Thanks

jushorny said:I'm not sure this is the appropriate thing to do or not, so my apologies to all if its wrong. However, I saw the post below, by Omahaman2, on the "What Made You Smile Thread and I thought everyone in this thread would like to read it:
"GREAT BIG SMILE!!
Getting an email from tonitis today! Her son is improving quicker than they believed he would, so much that they moved him out of hospital to childrens house at Baylor's university. I believe that the childrens house is like the
ronald mcdonald houses. He is still having problems, especially with blod clots
in his legs and with his memory.
Another big smile is that she also now has a pc with internet and access to her email account where her son is now!
A third smile was she sounded upbeat!!"
