Pours ScarletDaisy a yuzu highball made with freshly infused yuzu gin and Strangelove yuzu soda. It's garnished with a kefir lime leaf.

To me, spring is the refreshing aroma of yuzu by the water as it's warmer. The kefir lime leaf gives it a slightly herbal tone. Minimal but effective.
