About the slotted spoons, I find the cheap ones that have a little give to them the best, and no, never broke one. Have melted one or two in various ways or had them become permanently bent.

For those of you that do anykind of beadworking. Those left over beads can become instruments of pleasure or torture, depending on how you use them.

Beads, a little wire and presto! a new toy to play with. Just make sure that there are no sharp edges on them. lol.

I just picked up a pair of great spreader bars at Walmart. You'll find them in the automotive section. They are called Clothes Bars. They fit across the back seat to hang clothes on. Three feet long, but they expand to about 5 and a half. You just pull out how much you need and it screws to lock. Even has D rings on both ends. I'd like to eventually build cuffs on to them because there is too much play when you attach restraints. Perhaps something metal shaped like a C, with leather cuffs built inside the C.

There are these great things that I picked up at a drug store. They are made to go in the freezer to use in drinks in the summer. They are about 7 inches long, and phalic shaped (with some great bumps). I bought a six pack for my former Dom, but kept a few for myself.

I haven't tried it yet, but how sweet of a torture to have one of these frozen "treats" sliding in a naughty subs bottom or other places.

Well let's see.... Wood ones don't have quite the bite that plastic ones tend to have. We have used both and both are good, it just depends on what you want at the time.

I have found that the plastic ones are too much for the scrotum of a sub without altering them. They do last longer than the wood ones. Thanks for posting.

Ebonyfire, I made bead sticks with mine. The wire needs to be a little stiffer and bigger gauge than the usual beading wire. If the beads roll on the stick it is a good thing. Then they can be used in a multitude of ways in sensation play and the noise that they make when swung in the air can make a blindfolded and restrainted sub cringe. lol.

The beads also have to bigger than seed beads, althought depending on what type of beading you do you can do a nice peyote stitch flogger if you want. Just be sure to test it out on you first. I have not had a chance to use the one that I am currently making on anyone because it isn't finished.
