This has been talked about before...but just to add it here also.
If you fill a condom up with water and freeze it, it makes a great ice dildo/toy. Just be careful about how much you fill it up because the water swells.

Okay, by special request, things you can do with a vacuum cleaner (hoover, elextroluc, whatever.)

The chip clip as the poor man's nipple clamp. I suppose they could be used elsewhere. Note - these also come in miniature sizes.
Large elastic covered hairbands to encircle breasts at the base. Cuts off just enough circulation to make them sensitive.
Small elastic coated hairbands. Twice around the nipple is nice.
