Fuckeads just cant deal with a man's sport I reckon. Thats okay. The world needs pansies, too.

Hard to keep calling it a man's sport when every time a receiver gets hit hard he lays on the ground waving his limp wrist looking for a flag.

But not as hard as it is to believe the assholes running it care about player safety when they make them play on Thursday nights on three days rest.

The NFL has now become a secondary product. It's about fantasy football now and they will keep doing everything they can to water down tackling and defense so more points are scored.

I love it that Denver won with defense last year and Seattle did it a couple years ago. Goes against everything that asshole running it is trying to accomplish.

They won't be happy util every game is 49-42

Well, at least it was last year. Attorney Generals decided it was time to cool down the fantasy sports. Last year it was wall-to-wall commercials. Haven't heard a one this year.

You put a tutu on the QB, you keep making insane rules changes to improve the game you force them to wear pink for a month, you send the distinct message that disrespecting the anthem is good, but honoring cops is not, and oh, by the way, you cannot wear patriotic gear on 9-11.

Hell, they even have players past and present, on record, saying they do not want their sons playing that manly sport; it's still too violent.

But for many reasons, it's on the slide: too much emphasis on money, lack of control over cry baby players, way too much "look at me, look at me" dancing after good plays bullshit, little connection between the players and the cities they represent, etc., etc.

Modern NFL players are freaks. They are too big and too fast. No amount of equipment can protect them. A human body has limits. A knee is a knee. It can only be so strong. Plus, modern players have no respect for each other and are trained to injure, not to merely bring a player to the ground. The injuries are a huge turn off to me. The officiating is dreadful. It used to be that there was NEVER a pass interference penalty. Now, there's one on every play. Also, there's holding on every single play. Why is it only called sometimes? I feel the officials have too much control over the outcome. Also, the NFL cheaps out on officials. Most of them appear senile. The game itself is slow and boring. I hope it does fail, or at least gets a reality check. It costs too much to go to a game anymore.

There were afternoon World Series Games when i was a kid. We used to sneak our transistor radios in to school to listen. Kids nowadays will never have those memories. Plus, they organized the fun out of kid's baseball. Me and my friends played together all the time. Little League was not as popular. When we played, we didn't have the adult bullshit to deal with. We had arguments, but that was training in future negotiations. When we could not reach a settlement, we had a do-over. It was a beautiful thing. Adult involvement in youth sports is never a good thing. Pathetic assholes living their lives surreptitiously through their little angels and future allstars.
