That sounds like the retailer for whom I recently worked. In order to receive the minimum wage job, applicants had to indicate open availability. i.e. days, nights, weekends holidays. However, they will only offer 30 hours of work. That makes it difficult to impossible for poor people to get ahead. But that's exactly what some of you want. It helps to keep those people from getting education and keeping them on the reservation.
