I don't know what kind of candles they're setting off out where you are, but there's some shits out here where, if you hear a noise that sounds like the lid of a metal garbage dumpster slamming shut all the way up to ten, that's just the sound of the rocket launching. The much louder Beirut-style sonic boom comes after. :D

again, they've been doing all this since the end of March and when the protests started, it turned up huge. You just learn to cope. ;)
 
I think they last of them finally gave up the ghost. They've been at it all night. I went out and watched some earlier - when it was noisiest. It was pretty then. But these 1 am'ers can go fuck themselves.

I'm tempted to sell the Alfa. Seems a shame to just have it sat on the drive going nowhere.
 
Doesn't really get used much and the kids are gone.

Everyone is going camping this year. There is no other place to go. That trend will wear off by next summer.

Those movies went from ok to shit faster than the Transformers. First was decent and then straight fucking downhill to absolute garbage. However the last one was decent if you go in not expecting much. Ultra low budget but watchable.

Fuck, daylight. :( On the positive note there's a flick on I've never seen, Frenzy, Jon Finch, Alec McCowen, 1971. An English movie about a serial killer, kind of funny and some nice nudity
