Talk about discrimination... compare the average salaries between the NFL and the CFL sometime.

The Negro league salaries are huge compared to the Caucasian league.

Thank you, Denny. I moved 900 miles to get away from that mess, I'm not about to let some random jerk on the internet draw me back in.

That client I've been working with is still bright and eager and enthused about her recovery work. Her boyfriend just lost his job because he needed to leave an hour early for mandatory, random drug testing as a condition of his probation.

Even when people are doing well, complying with everything that's asked of them, the costs and fallout still rain down. Starting over would suck.

I can't even imagine wishing for anyones downfall who is improving themselves.

The deck is definitely stacked against you. But I tried to tell myself, whenever I hit a stumbling block, that it is hard for a purpose. The harder the fight is, the less likely you'll want to go through it again.

We retired 1100 miles away thinking this was a good quiet little town to raise a four year old. More drugs, rape, beating, stealing than in the midwest.
We moved back home, age this time, and except for the big city up the river, it seems cleaner and safer.
The bad part is, the kid we were trying to protect stayed in Florida to work. It seems he finally got his act together and seems much happier. He misses us. He calls weekly and just told me he keeps out of trouble by working on his trucks.
