It's been worse
and I'm alive. So..eh I would say about half. You?I'm not at work.. so that's a plus... I have a ton of domestic diva stuff to do...plus I brought home work... but I can do that in my recliner and bed while the Olympics are on..I would call that a win.Hi Ash!

In between sets sometimes. Cuts coming in and getting more lean I already have bulk. Glad I am seeing and feeling progress rapidly. Eating healthy helps soooo much

Fuckin awesome today. It helps that I didn't have to work, nailed my phone interview and meet with them next week. Also, have another very promising phone interview tomorrow, and got in some fishing and deer scouting with my 6 year old nephew. It's been a day!

It's been a long week. Sometimes I wish I didn't give work my all. But I'm happy my hard work does not go unnoticed.
I'm mentally drained and this week has an extra day of work for me. I have like 6 days of vacation to use...and no time to use them. I sure as hell need them though.
Yay to good interviews. Good luck pumkin. Even though I was just in the city..really wanna hit your new mall. Have you been there yet? I've heard good things.

I was at the beer fest at the old lc Pavillion this weekend. It has a new name. I hit a few downtown bars then ended up closing down a hole in the wall bar. Cool place.
