Woah... 100 years old. This sounds interesting

As an ohio girl...

I dont hate the bengals..although I don't like Joe burrow... but that guy takes those sacks like a champ.

I think it's Stafford year...

Tonight's gonna be a good game I hope.

Uh yeah its the Empress recipe and what the fuck is there not to love about Big Dick Joe?

Loaded guacamole sounds good! And maybe some sort of Mexican shrimp bowl?

I always have the ingredients for guacamole to hand. The trick is to keep it simple and serve it fresh. Two ripe avocados, a bunch of coriander/cilantro a large lime generous twist of salt. That’s all you really need. The other gunk is a distraction.

Shrimps marinaded in chili and lime sounds like it might work. Again it’s very simple

That sounds scrumptious, will it go well with tacos you think?:)

Everything goes well with tacos! (Mmmmm, shrimp tacos :D)

I can actually do the guac, just don't usually bother. But I do need some really ripe plum tomatoes and a little bit of jalapeño in there for *really* good gaur.

Shrimp I'd probably dry out if I tried to cook them and dried out shrimps are terrible.

I personally prefer the heat in the main event but however you like it I’ll make it. I will always maintain that tomatoes are superfluous in good guacamole.

As for the shrimps, don’t throw them in until the last minute. They will dry out if overcooked. And always thrown in more garlic than the recipe tells you. That’s the same for every recipe written for every cuisine ever.

I like simple guac too I just wanted loaded

Avocados
Cream cheese

Each to their own, but that’s not guac. I don’t know what it is buts it’s not guac

I have to agree... the cream cheese and the bacon especially would over power the taste of the avocado, which is the best part (besides the cilantro)

Agree. I have traveled a lot and had guac from a lot of different regions of Mexico, but putting cream cheese in there is the whitest thing ever.

True, there’s not just one recipe. I’ve traveled around Mexico a bit and the best places make it right at your table from fresh unprocessed ingredients.

I actually have had bacon and sausage in some Guac from Chihuahua Mexico. It was not bad. And I know people who use cottage cheese in guac too. I just dont like it.

I don't know about the bacon & sausage, not a huge fan of either in general, but I don't think cottage cheese has as strong a flavor as cream cheese. I don't see the point of it in guac, but at least it wouldn't overpower anything

I make a lot of guac and I keep it super simple. One of the best was in Yucatan and they topped with Mango.
